Stop Stigma Sacramento
The Mental Illness: It’s not always what you think project was initiated by Sacramento County Department of Health and Human Services’ Division of Behavioral Health Services to:
-Reduce stigma and discrimination
-Promote mental health and wellness
-Inspire hope for people and families living with mental illness

Stop Stigma Sacramento is one of the many projects here working to support those with mental illnesses. These are all over the county—on billboards, community boards, and gas pumps.

Some more actual social justice.  This is fucking perfect.  Can we get these on billboards out here on the East Coast?

Hold on now. Just because all these dickbags are being stupid doesn’t mean ALL white people are monsters. I’m white yet i would never do this. The only people who are monsters here are the racist fucks who would want to kill someone because of their race and customs.

^ thank you. and this type of thing is not JUST found in america so can we not just single out that white people and america sucks?

Saying “Not all white people are monsters” shifts the conversation from the situation where some blatant islamaphobia i is occurring, which people face on a daily basis and not only terrible but dangerous , to “wah I’m white and I don’t do that, you totes hurt my feelings”. It’s fucking terrible when white people do that. If you’re not one of the white people that, congratulations you aren’t a total piece of shit and the above comment does not apply to you. When we say “White people” we mean the entire oppressive institution that white people have created where a PoC is in danger just by existing.

Yes not all racists are white people. 

You’re being a pretty terrible white person though if you inject that into a conversation in which WHITE PEOPLE are being racist.
